Think its a matter of fairness since mouse and keyboard is an high advantage against controllers. As far as I know a PS4 gamer using a keyboard and mouse on Fortnite will be paired against another PS4 gamer using keyboard and mouse on Fortnite. This makes it more convenient to type use the web browser and generally get around more quickly.

I have it for both PC PS4 - I obviously prefer kbm but I really dont mind using a controller. I saw a video of someone demonstrating how to play Fortnite with keyboard and mouse. Some games even support mouse and keyboard controls.

However I recommand you getting PS4 pad or Arcade stick. PS4 has USB and thats all it needs extra the usual stuff to support keyboard and mouse. Im 999 sure it will support Keyboard.
