I just use a regular washing temp 30 or 40 degrees and I use household bleach. Avoid washing coloured clothes with bleach as it can cause fading or discolouration. While plain white cotton clothing tends to be the most obvious candidate for bleaching you can also use bleach on more colorful clothing provided that its color-safe bleach or a hydrogen peroxide solution.
